FAQs

Where will Vegan SoulFest be held this year?

Vegan SoulFest 2023 will be held at West Covington Park in the Port Covington district of Baltimore, MD. The address is 101 W Cromwell St Baltimore, MD 21230.

What time is the festival?

Vegan SoulFest will take place on the following dates and times:

Saturday, August 19th – 12pm to 8pm
Sunday, August 20th – 12pm to 7pm

Is Vegan SoulFest a free event?

All sales are final. No refunds. Tickets can be transferred only by the ticket holder through their FestivalPro account.

What is your COVID-19 policy?

The Vegan SoulFest team encourages all attendees to practice preventative health measures (e.g. proof of negative COVID-19 test or full COVID-19 vaccination, masks) leading to and during the festival.

We will monitor COVID-19 leading up to the festival and take any necessary measures to keep all of our attendees and festival crew safe. We will notify the public about details of any measures taken as early as possible via our website and digital/social media channels.

By attending Vegan SoulFest, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

What happens if it rains?

The festival will still take place rain or shine.

We encourage all attendees to monitor weather conditions leading up to Vegan SoulFest and dress accordingly.

Umbrellas will not be permitted on festival grounds, but attendees may wear jackets with hoods and ponchos.

Tickets are non-refundable.

Is re-entry allowed?

There will be no same day re-entry into Vegan SoulFest.

Do you accommodate people with disabilities?

Yes we do, but we do not have detailed information available at this time. Please check back closer to the festival.

Can I bring my companion animal?

Only Service Animals are allowed (with current rabies vaccination license) on the festival grounds. It will be a hot day, please leave your other animal friends at home.

Will there be parking on-site?

Limited on-site parking will be available to our vendors, sponsors, featured guests, and then, VIP attendees on a first-come, first-serve basis.

No parking will be available to the general public at the festival site. Parking will be available in the back lot behind the festival site, at MedStar Hospital Cherry Hill North Parking Lot where free shuttles are available, and prepaid parking at Baltimore Peninsula Parking.

Due to lack of parking near festival grounds we recommend ride sharing.

Are there restrooms available at the festival?

Absolutely! There will be restrooms available in all major areas of the festival. Several will be ADA compliant for folks who need them.

What is your bag policy?

ALL bags will be searched before entry.

Small clutch purses and fanny packs that are 4.5″ x 5.5″ or smaller do not need to be clear but can have no more than one pocket.

All other bags must be fully clear and made up of clear plastic, vinyl, or pvc, and be no larger than 12″ x 12″ x 6″ ONLY. Bags will be restricted to small purses, totes and drawstring bags only. Backpacks and bags with multiple pockets are prohibited.

Hydration packs are allowed and do not need to be clear but must be emptied of all liquid and have no more than two pockets in addition to the one holding the water reservoir.

Can we bring food and beverages?

No outside food, beverages, or alcohol are allowed into festival grounds.

You may bring an empty water bottle to use at our refillable water stations.

All items will be subject to search upon arrival.

Can I bring my own containers? Are water filling stations available this year?

You may bring an empty water bottle to use at our refillable water stations. And we encourage you to bring empty containers to take home purchased food.

Can I bring my child?

Yes! We welcome families of all ages to attend.

Children ages 12 and under are free to attend with a paying adult.

Please note: Strollers, carts, and wagons are not permitted on festival grounds.

Can I smoke?

No. Vegan SoulFest and its festival grounds is a smoking-free zone.

Will there be ATMs on site?

No ATMs will be available. Vegan SoulFest will be cashless.

Will there be lockers?

There will be no lockers on site.
